Fees and Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider. I provide superbills for you to submit to insurance companies for reimbursement. I also work with Lyra and EAP.
If you choose to pay out of pocket and not get reimbursed, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate, a document that explains your cost (please see form section). Please also note that anyone can request a Good Faith Estimate.
My rate for individual therapy is below:
Intake session-75 minutes $230
Regular individual session-50 minutes $165- $185
Initial phone call prior intake- 15-20 Minutes Free

I offer a limited number of sliding scale fees to make counseling as accessible and affordable as possible. Please reach out about this if you are in need.
